“Get The Party Started!”

Don’t know where to start? We will assist you with researching, recommending, and securing the basic foundation of your party:  This package includes 1 assistant for setup for the party and no breakdown.  Clients have to return all rental items to Vanda Events.

Need additional help with things such as invitation design and assembling goodie bags?  This package is perfect for the mom or dad with little to no time to work on these important items.  We do all the leg work for you!  It’s all about the details!  This package includes setup and breakdown and includes 5 hours of service on the day of. This package includes 2 assistants.

Add-on Service
“Day of Event Management”

Need more man power with setup and breakdown?  This add-on service will include setup and breakdown services.  We will take care of all the coordinating with your vendors so you can just enjoy being a host and mingle with your guests.  This add-on includes setup and breakdown so the host doesn’t have to worry about returning any rental items.

  • Two (2) consecutive hours – $150
  • Each additional hour is $50
  • Custom graphics $50 (food signage), $100 for invitation & food signage
